Sustainable development
We believe in making it easier for organizations to operate and grow internationally.
Oil and gas organizations in Uzbekistan should pay attention to the following aspects for sustainable development:
- Geological Exploration:Effective geological exploration is crucial for the full provision of the country’s energy resources.
- Investment Projects:Critical analysis of investment projects and improvement of their implementation mechanisms are necessary.
- Pricing:It’s important to apply transparent and fair approaches to the pricing of energy resources.
- Financial Rehabilitation:Measures for the financial rehabilitation of the oil and gas sector and the improvement of the management system should be taken.
- Modern Technologies:Developing competition and modernizing the industry by implementing digital technologies and advanced management methods.
Additionally, reforms are being carried out within the framework of the concept for the development of the oil and gas sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the sector. According to this concept, work is being conducted in collaboration with international consulting companies and financial institutions.
Environment protection
Nothing affects the state of nature more than human activity; no natural disasters have a more serious and long-lasting effect on the environment. Emissions of toxic waste poison water, air and soil and lead to the death of entire ecosystems; deforestation and poaching lead to the extinction of many animal species. The situation is getting worse as technology advances. We will talk about environmental protection organizations, their tasks, goals and means, as well as what everyone can do to protect nature today.
- Industrial waste treatment up to international standards
- Exhaust gases by time and carbon content in accordance with regulations
- Avoid leakage of radioactive substances into the external environment.
Anti-corruption
Since the first days of independence, Uzbekistan has been pursuing a targeted policy to eradicate corruption, within the framework of which the legislative and institutional framework is being improved and international cooperation is being strengthened.
Occupational Safety and Health
In Uzbekistan, labor protection, that is, issues of safety and health at workplaces, are important for the state and employers. In this regard, there are the following basic rules and systems:.
- Legislation: The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Labor Protection" and other relevant legal documents define safety standards in workplaces.
- State control: State examination and control of working conditions, as well as through systems of investigation and registration of industrial accidents.
- Obligations of organizations: Employers must provide employees with personal protective equipment, improve working conditions, and provide safety training.
- Employees' rights: Employees have rights in the field of labor protection, and their right to work in safe and healthy conditions at their workplaces is guaranteed.
