The joint venture “GISSARNEFTGAZ” in the form of a limited liability company was created and registered by the department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Kashkadarya region in July 2005. with equity participation of foreign capital - 50% and Uzbek participant - 50%.
Деятельностью СП ООО «GISSARNEFTGAZ» является реализация инвестицион-ного проекта по «Разработке трудноосваиваемых месторождений Северный Нишан, Камаши, Бешкент, Северный Гузар, Шакарбулак и проведению геологоразведочных работ на нефть и газ в пределах Тагам – Шимолий Тандирчинской зоны Гиссарского региона». Технико-экономические параметры проекта утверждены распоряжением Ка-бинета Министров Республики Узбекистан от 3 октября 2005г.№ 443- Ф

 The supreme body of JV GISSARNEFTGAZ LLC is the general meeting of founders. The Supervisory Board of JV GISSARNEFTGAZ LLC determines the priority areas of the enterprise’s activities, and also quarterly reviews the activities of the enterprise and the implementation of technical and economic indicators and the business plan. Management of the current activities of the enterprise is carried out by the Director.

The main goal of the JV GISSARNEFTGAZ LLC is to constantly improve the quality of products, prevent injuries and deterioration of health and negative impacts on the environment in the activities of the entire cycle of the joint venture from geological exploration, servicing oil and gas wells, extraction of raw materials, to the sale of finished products to consumers.

To achieve full satisfaction of consumer demands, improve the health and professional safety of people, as well as improve the state of the environment, the joint venture uses in its work an integrated management system developed on the basis of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018.
This IMS Manual (RISM) describes the integrated management system implemented and applied at JV GISSARNEFTGAZ LLC, guided by the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018.
