"GISSARNEFTGAZ" LLC JV
Узбекско – Швейцарско cовместное предприятие «GISSARNEFTGAZ» in the form of a limited liability company was created and registered by the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Kashkadarya region, in July 2005, with a share of foreign capital of 50% and an Uzbek participant of 50%.
The activity of JV LLC "GISSARNEFTGAZ" is the implementation of an investment project for the “Development of difficult-to-develop fields of Northern Nishan, Kamashi, Beshkent, Northern Guzar, Shakarbulak and geological exploration for oil and gas within the Tagam-Shimoliy Tandirchi zone of the Gissar region.” The technical and economic parameters of the project were approved by order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 3, 2005.

Our products
Our main products are oil, gas and gas condensate.
Oil is a liquid mineral consisting mainly of hydrocarbon compounds. In appearance it is an oily, most often black liquid.
Natural gas (flammable) is a natural mixture of gaseous hydrocarbons, in which methane often predominates (80-97%). Usually it also contains heavier ones.
Gas condensates are liquid mixtures of high-boiling hydrocarbons of various structures, released from impurities during their production at gas condensate fields. Gas condensate is a mixture.
